2015-07-16 Other Manufacturers Other discussion Need to unlock some old phones -DONT HAVE THE PHONE NUMBERS FOR THEM I have some old phones my mother gave me, which have since been upgraded with new handsets.Theyre currently lying about as bricks doing nothing and I want to unlock them. Ive tried filling in the online form but it insists on a mobile number for each device, which i dont have.   Nokia 6500 IMEI: 359322022353176 - This phone has never been unpacked from its box and i dont have a sim or number for it   Nokia 6210 IMEI: 356788028639854 - no sim in this either   Blackberry 8520 IMEI: 355931030336561 - so sim, number unknown   Can someone from vodafone please get back to me with advising how i unlock these phones please, its a complete waste them just lying about doing nothing. So far my customer service experience with vodafone has been very poor!        View
2015-07-16 Other Manufacturers Other discussion xiaomi mi note/note pro hi after searching for ages on google had mixed results just wondered if anyone can tell me if the xiaomi mi note/note pro will actually work with vodafone 4G as the 3G signal is rubbish in my household so it wouldn't be worth getting one   cheers View
2015-07-16 The Network Network Queries HP14 Lane End Coverage issue 1) Only happens within the HP14 post code 2) HP143JD 3) All on Vodafone and not able to make and receive calls 4) Can't connect to the calls when dialling + doesnt recognise *#105# 5) Happens on all  6) First noticed 13/07/15 7) Permanent   This has been going on now for 3 days. I cant make and receive calls so i have to travel out of the area to make and receive. There was a problem "solved" on 13/07/15 but this isnt the case.   Will be moving away from Vodafone as this is terrible service View

2015-07-16 The Network Network Queries Poor network coverage Post Title:  'First half of post code - PE22   1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service? No, it's poor everywhere that 4G or decent 3G isn't active, which is most of Lincolnshire it would seem. Centre of Lincoln 4G works but a mile out and you can't connect to data. Same in Skegness!     3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone? Dont know as i only have 1 phone and friends are reluctant to allow me their phone to test. Most on different network anyway so prob locked phones. Work mobiles are Voda (at the moment) and they experience the same issues.   4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs? Just no or poor data connction. G most of the time, H if i'm lucky which, as everyone will confirm, means no data.   5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all? 4G?, 3G even? That would be nice. Poor coverage on all in general throughout Lincolnshire      6) When did you first notice this issue? When my new contract started 2 years ago   7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs? It's permanent. When i get a 4G signal or even a decent 3G (H+) signal it works but they are so rare in Lincolnshire, certainly in my part. View
2015-07-16 Samsung Samsung Galaxy S5 Deleting my account Hi, I have not been able to access by bills for over 3 months now and for the last 3 months Vodafone have said they would fix the account. The account has been deleted and I have re-registered but still not working and now I am a 'business customer' when I am not!!! View
2015-07-16 Samsung Samsung Galaxy S5 I want to make a formal complaint to vodafone about my new phone ces I want to make a formal complaint, Regarding my latest purchase from Vodafone of the Galexy S5 . I purchased it via the phone to Vodafone to see how much I could get it for on contract , I was offered a contract over two years at £24.65 per month from the 15th June 2015. I asked if I could pick it up at my Vodafone store in Edinburgh , which I did on the 15 th June and asked him to transfer my contacts and photos, which I might add he didn't transfer contacts . And noticed that I wasn't receiving calls , but I didn't think to much about it , I just thought no one wanted to contact me , Friday evening 11th July when my husband came home and said he had called me 20 times today and that all my calls were going strait to voice mail . Tried to call Customer Services the next day waste of time . So I took the phone into my local store at the Fort Edinburgh and explained to the chap what was happening with my calls going strait to voice mail so he looked at my phone and checked my Sim Card and said it wasn't working. And now I find you have sent me my Bill and charged me £29 00 . Why have you charged me £29 00 when My Bill Should Only Be £24.65 per month, My Complaint is why are you charging me for a Phone that has not been receiving calls ; Your assistant in Princes Street Store put a Faulty Sim Card In my Phone . So I feel you have Breeched My Contract with You for Selling me a Phone with a Faulty Sim Card View
2015-07-16 Apple iPhone 4 and 4S Desperatel y need a telephone number for Birmingham Bullring! Hi guys!   I got an iPad last week but wanted it in gold and was told I would receive a call on Saturday 11th when they had one in store... I still haven't received a call!   I have tried to contact them on various numbers, the mobile number on the receipt and the one the man at the Bullring customer services gave me and neither of them are getting picked up. I also texted the mobile phone one and since I texted everytime I have rang since it has been off.   They gave me a silver one to play on for the "night" to then return when I went to collect my gold one but now it's been a week and I only have another week left to return and the Bullring isn't particularly close for me to just pop up.   I really need a number or a way to contact them that I know will get through as I don't want to make a wasted journey!   Thanks View
2015-07-16 Apple iPhone 5 Iphone 5 unlock but im not at UK I there I've purchased this iphone from a guy in uk when i was in uk and i used it for 1month,then i get back to my country (portugal),i tryed to unlock it here in vodafone portugal but they say i must unlock with the original carrier in this case vodafone uk . Unfortunetly i can't comeback to uk so soon,and my carrier in portugal its tmn ,so my question is how can i unlock my phone if im in portugal, is there any way of paying bank transfer or paypal for vodafone to umlock my iphone? Btw i dont have any longer the receipt . I apreciate if someone can help me . Thk in advance Kind regards Jonathan View
